Currently located in both Queenstown and Wanaka, the Botswana Butchery restaurants offer sumptuous menus full of flavor and are consistently rated by visitors and locals as one of Queenstown and Wanaka's most successful and popular restaurants.

With the emphasis on fun, innovative dining, Botswana Butchery’s diverse menu is all about flavour and has a strong focus on fine cut meats and locally sourced foods. There are à la carte options to suit every palate and set menus available for groups of eight or more.
In Queenstown, dinner and lunch menus can be matched to superb Central Otago and international wines from the restaurant’s private 1800 bottle cellar. Design features of the restaurant include granite bartops, leather couches, patterned wallpaper, lots of velvet, white linen tablecloths and fireplaces – five in total.
In Wanaka enjoy a cosy, ambient environment with indoor fire place and, if weather permits, dine on the balcony enjoying the setting sun.
Set menus are available for groups of eight or more people and both restaurants can accommodate private functions on enquiry.
