Bar Manager - Auckland

Botswana Butchery In Auckland is seeking a capable, charismatic & talented hospitality professional to take on challenging& rewarding role.

To be successful in this role, you will be a dedicated, motivated & experienced bar manager with exceptional customer service skills and an “anything it takes” approach to your work.

Previous experience in a similar role, an ability to train staff and manage back office operations, proven experience with and knowledge of wines & cocktail mixology, along with a current NZ General Manager’s certificate are all key requirements.
